its not related to the account its just plain lag. judging the time this was posted... server wasnt even on so you wernt connecting to me... 11pm i was asleep

Naa I tried and client wouldn't open for me so I said it wasn't on

no hes off shore. so he just plain cant connect because hes too far away from where we live. without vps it would take hours to connect. this is a real example. it took alex not even 5 secs to connect to server but it takes matt like 20 secs becauses hes farther away.

When the client doesn't open at all then it means servers off. or an alternative answer would be that i have changed the server constance to 127.0.0.1 so that only i can login so i can check if the fixes i have tried to just fix have been fixed
